Prado Museum
First opened to the public in 1819, nowadays the Prado Museum receives an average of 2,650,000 ammual visits. The expansion of the museum by Rafael Moneo is the most significant it has ever undertaken. The expansion consists of a new architectural annexe connected to the rear of the main body.
