250 metres from the Champs Elysees, Rabot Dutilleul Construction carried out the rehabilitation of a high-end office complex. In addition to the restoration of its facades, a new staircase was built in this 6,800 m2 office building. Despite the fact that the original monumental staircase was preserved, the building was modernised to meet dafety and accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility. Respecting the neighbouring businesses was the main condition for this project. Moved to the building basement, the old techincal machinery was replaced by a green roof terrace and users can now enjoy breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower.
